Beth Robbins-Goulding MSW, RSW Psychotherapist

Beth (she/her) is a registered Social Worker with over 16 years of practice in both acute and community settings.  She has a Masters of Social Work specializing in leadership and post graduate studies in clinical social work.  Beth has taken Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy training at the Center for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto and has co-facilitated groups in the Barrie area with Mindfulness Based Interventions-Barrie.  She  has studied at the CBT Training Centre of the North (formally the Center for CBT Sudbury) and is in the application process of certification with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy.

Alan Largo RN, MScN, CPMHN(c) Psychotherapist

Alan Largo (he/him) is a Registered Mental Health Nurse Specialist and a certified Cognitive Therapist with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Alan has expertise in CBT and advanced training in CFT, DBT, Trauma and Solution Focused Therapy. He has over 10 years of experience treating youths and adults in community and acute hospital settings experiencing severe and persistent mental illness. Alan is currently the lead consultant at Toronto's Holland Centre integrating CBT into treatment programs for clients with chronic pain and disability and co-developing Toronto's Sunnybrook Hospital's psychiatric urgent care clinic for individuals in mental health crisis. Alan, alongside Stacey, provides supervision for therapists undergoing training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.



Jason Holtz, MTS, MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Jason (he/him) has been counselling clients for over twenty years and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. He has experience providing psychotherapy to all clients of all ages, genders, orientations and ethnic background.  He has completed training in Cogntive Behavioural Therapy (including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) and has certification in Solution Focused Therapy, trauma informed therapy, addictions counselling but specializes in a psychodynamic approach (Adlerian).  Jason is available to see youth and adults for individual therapy and adults for relationship counselling.

Emma (Edward James) Quinn CD RN MC BScN CPMHN(C)
Emma (Edward James) Quinn is an RN Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario. I retired from the Canadian Armed Forces in 2021 after just over 22 years of service, after having had 5 postings across Canada and having been deployed overseas. I believe strongly in the efficacy of the counselling process and am trained with the use of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Currently, I engage my private practice work via virtual means or via the telephone. I received my Bachelor in Nursing Science from Queen’s University in Kingston, my Master of Counselling degree from the University of Calgary and I am currently enrolled in the Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy program with Yorkville University. My clinical specialities include treating trauma-related symptoms and symptoms of depression and anxiety. I prefer the pronouns she and her.
